What is it that is really bad about the morning after pill?

Don't know: The morning-after pill delays ovulation, thereby preventing a conception/or fertilization event from occurring. I think (emphasis on think) that some people have the perception that the morning-after pill is an abortifacient (that it causes a fertilized egg to be aborted) but that is not accurate.

Agree w Dr. Askew: It is not an abortion pill. It does have potential side effects. Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps.
