When after a miscarriage will a home pregnancy test be accurate?

A week or two: If you mean how long wil the test remain positive after a miscarriage. This can vary quite a bit but the test response should get weaker and weaker. If it doesn't then you need to be checked as perhaps you did not really miscarry or the miscarriage was incomplete.
