They are unrelated: Unfortunately, your genetics probably has more to do with the dark circles than your sleep habits. Concealer works great for dark circles. Making sure that you don't eat too much salt can also help to minimize the puffiness around your eyes. Astringents like witch hazel can help to reduce the puffiness too, but they are only temporary fixes.
