None: Exercise cannot reverse asthma. However regular exercise is good for everyone including asthmatics. If you experience exercise-induced asthma, using a rescue inhaler (albuterol) before may help prevent symptoms from exercise.

None would work: Asthma is a condition based on an actual imbalance in the ability to reopen the tiny airways when a trigger event narrows them.It occurs at a cellular level in your lung tissue, is related to interplay of genetic factors, & requires treatment in most cases.Exercise can trigger events in some.In these pts a slow warm up can lessen events. There are no "exercises" that treat or reverse asthma.
