Beer Nosebleed: Nope, beer is not helpful in treating nosebleeds. Likely, you'll continue to have a bleeding nose, but you'll not worry about it much. Try using saline nose spray to keep you nose moist. Get an exam of your nose from an ear, nose and throat surgeon.
