Not usually: There are no interactions among those three drugs. That isn't to say that you couldn't have a headache related to any one of them alone. We're all individuals and anything is possible. The usual approach to determining if there is a side effect is to stop them, see if your symptom promptly resolves, then re-add them one-by-one.
