Tomato allergy: Yes you are having a problem with eating tomatoes. It could be an allergy or a food sensitivity. You need to see your doctor to sort this out.

Sensitivity: Sounds more like a food sensitivity rather than a true allergy. I would see your pcp and review the symptoms you are having as it may represent an organic problem. I would not recommend allergy testing at this point.
