IBS: 30's fem w. abdominal "cramps" & defecation-associated "nausea, vomit & diarrhea since childhood" likely w. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBS; autonomic-mediated functional disorder found in women w. Hypermobility Syndrome, HS. I have noted sacroiliac joint subluxation, & hypothesized impingement of contiguous presacral plexus parasympathetic nerves, PN's, in females w. HS. PN's mediate defecation.
