Is it absolutely necessary to use a moisturizer everyday for facial skin?

No: Not necessarily but if you have wrinkles, it will make them look less obvious by plumping up and hydrating the skin. Also, if you live in a dry climate or are over age 35, i definitely recommend it. A dermatologist can best evaluate your skin and make recommendations that will provide you with results. I definitely recommend purchasing a few good quality skin care products rather than a dozen b.

Nothing is absolute!: No, it is not absolutely necessary, however, it is a very good thing to do. The skin needs to moisturized and hydrated to stay in it's most healthy form. Without this, one will see changes such as wrinkles, dryness, looseness, sagging, and other features you may find undesirable. To answer---hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! drink plenty of water and lock in moisture to the skin with moisturizers.
