See below: Basically men and woman have the same hormones but in different proportions. The body always wants to be in balance. When it s not you get abnormalities like hot flash, night sweat, painful periods, etc. In a elementary since when people say female hormones they mean estrogen and when they say male hormones they mean testosterone, but there are so many more hormones.
