Unlikely: While taking "leftover" antibiotics is not a generally good idea, the best treatment for a stye (see chalazion or hordeolum) is warm compresses with or without topical eye antibiotics. See your ophthalmologist if hot compresses x 15-20 minutes every 4-6 hours for a week does not lead to a pointing and eruption of the stye.
