Pregnancy: No matter how badley women wish to be pregnant, nature will abort up to 30% for genetic or other reasons. Wait until your 2nd trimester before you start asking questions. Your gyn has excellent ultrasounds and can tell you how everything is going.

Not much to see!: 10 days after an egg is fertilized it's still a ball of cells, though with different layers, and now buried in the tissue that lines the inside of the uterus. Something like **90%** of all fertilized eggs never turn into babies, though. And a pregnancy this early will not show up on ultrasound, though a sensitive pregnancy test can be positive.
