It varies.: Dependent upon your weight and body habiitus, the number of calories will need will vary. Men require more than women, larger individuals more than smaller. You will have to factor in how many calories you are burning in your workout as well. Finally, the sources of calories, i.e. Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, are just as important as the actual number.
