Pain pill overdose?: It is not a very powerful analgesic so although the dosing is usually 1-2 every 4 hours, if you are a larger person or are use to taking this or other sedatives, it should not be dangerous once. You may notice excessive sedation. However, it usually comes in combination with tylenol (acetaminophen) and this could cause liver damage if overdosed. If your pain is not controlled get a stronger drug.

Narcotics: I do not recommend taking multiple hydrocodone/apap pills together. You might develop overdose symptoms. Furthermore, hydrocodone has tylenol (acetaminophen) in them, which when taken at high dose can lead to acute liver failure and possibly death.
