I want to know what is the difference between spina bifida and hyrdocephalus?

These are totally: Different. Spina bifida means that yoru spinal cord is open. It is a failure in development of the lower lumbar spine and sacrum. However hydrocephalus is water on the brain in the ventricles. Since they are different things it is possible you could have them both.
