When taking birth control, when you're on the brown pills for your last week can you get pregnant?

Need more info.: There are many, many pills out there and they will all have different coloration to depict the time when you are suppose to bleed (last row of pills). Some may be brown, some white or blue, etc. If you are taking your pills routinely and consistently, you will not get pregnant when you are on your last row. Keep in my mind that pills or not 100% perfect; it's rare but you can still become pregnant.
