Irrigation...gargle: It's important to find out why you are having these issues before deciding how to alleviate them. Usually, i'd recommend sinus irrigation with saline and otc reflux treatment at the same time for ~2 weeks. If not better, get to an ENT who can examine both the nose and the throat for signs of disease.
