Cirrhosis?: If you mean early cirrhosis - in general, it is not reversible - as cirrhosis implies healing of chronic liver injury by fibrosis. But with good diet, abstention from alcohol (and certain medications) many patients with early cirrhosis can stay in that stage for years and have an almost normal life.
