Practice being tall: Good posture is the curve of your spine and the position of your shoulders and chest enhanced by deep breath control.. You do not need to squish your body parts, abdomen, or buttocks. The position of your foot arch and toes in your shoes will control your hips. Try walking toward a long mirror to practice your best posture.
