Does adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) do more for my diet than just suppressing appetite/ does it burn fat?

No, not a fat burner: There is no evidence that stimulants "burn fat." if one has a supressed appetite and fails to provide adequate new calories, then the body draws on fat stores, but there is no magic pill that makes fat just melt away, multiple website claims notwithstanding.
