Possibilities: Many people are able to tolerate well. Most common is sedation especially in doses up to 100 mg, less in higher doses. Most concerning is weight gain and metabolic syndrome (increased triglycerides and blood sugar and possible diabetes). There are other potential side effects, but these are what i most comonly see.

Seroquel (quetiapine): Common Side effects with Quetiapine (Seroquel) include somnolence, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, ^ appetite, weight gain, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, fatigue and dyarthria. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome & tardive dyskinesia are rare by significant side effects.

Seroquel (quetiapine): Most common side-effects are sedation, upset stomach, dry mouth, sore throat, blurred vision, weight gain. It is one of the most sedating psychotropic medications, at higher dose.
