Stop. : There is no easy way. But over 85% of those that have quit, used no pharmaceutical. All the known stuff helps..... Patch, chantix, etc. But mind prep and journaling, habit changes etc are all good. Try every method that has ever been written about until one works. Never give up. Repeat.

NRT;CBT: Nicotine replacement therapy ; cognitive behavioral therapy. Nrts help w/ cravings. Cbt will focus on you changing your behavior and changing the way you think about smoking. Look into online resources for quit smoking ideas. Just know what worked for one, doesn't work for all. Get support through friends, family, helpline (1-800-quit-now). How fast/easy, will depend on you. Prep 2 battle nicotine.
