A member asked:

Is there a way to quit smoking and keep on track with it without starting again?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Brain wash: Write your 10 reasons for quitting . Read 6 to 10 times a day. Tell yourself (out loud) you will never touch them again. This is brain washing. It's free. Takes little time . And amazing how many people won't do it and seriously! do it for five years. Be disgusted by every person you see smoking. Be thankful u aren't controlled anymore. Be very active in talking to yourself before you are tempted.
