Often, sugar: Candida is a yeast organism and can feed on almost anything. Sugar is easily digestible for it though. For any of us limiting sugar is a good idea -- maybe even better when you have candida! also limiting processed carbs like donuts, cookies, breads, and cakes because they contain sugar and unhealthy fats, period. Sugar-laden dairy items as well.
