Why r my breast ichy nd hurt lately?

Need more info : It's hard to say. My first thought is pregnancy, enlarging breasts can itch and ache. You also could have a skin condition or reaction which is manifesting itching and concurrent cystic changes that cause aching. I recommend making an appointment for a breast evaluation.
