Puzzle: Fbc = full blood count (checks for anemia, infection, leukemia etc) lft = liver function test (for liver damage/hepatitis) rpg = random plasma glucose (diabetes) tfgps (bm==) = no idea - are you sure you got this right? Ue thyroid = urea/electrolytes/thyroid (checks for kidney/thyroid disease/low potassium) remember that mds may order tests often just to be double sure there is no disease.
