Pain with urination: Common signs include the sensation of having to urinate all the time, urinating a small amount, having to go too often, having a burning sensation when you do urinate or pain. Sometimes you may note blood when you wipe or small clots. Many people just have a full sensation in the lower abdomen or in the back.

Burning: Classically a bladder infection causes symtpoms of burning with urination, going more often than ususal with small amounts of urine produced, having to go "right now", pain over the bladder in the lower abdomen and later pain in the kidneys felt in the mid back, malaise and fevers. You don't have to have all of these, burning with urination is the most common early symptom.

Urinary pain + other: The "text book" description of symptoms include : problems with urination, seeing blood each time you urinate, dribbling. Please keep in mind that not all patients will have the typical symptoms (painful urination, blood in the urine, frequent urination, low abdominal pain, low back pain). There are some people who come into the er and only have a fever, or just experience vomiting.
