I jus wanted to know that can pilocarpine be used alternatively with atropine to break the adherence of iris to lens in case of iridocyclitis?

Generally no: Dilating drops seem to help to break the adhesions but miosis (making the pupil smaller) with Pilocarpine does not seem to enhance the effect.
