Discuss with OB : In most cases this should be fine.However, every pregnancy has some unique features that are best understood by the doc's that know you and your history well.I would check with your ob's office & see if they have any specific things you should consider.

Yes, go: Air travel is safe in pregnancy. A trans-atlantic flight will have a pressured cabin. Make sure you walk the aisle to decrease the likelihood of blood clots in the legs. Take a copy of your records. I personally do not recommend traveling to less-developed nations (france is ok) between 23-34wks because they may not have capabilities for a baby born at that age. Have fun!
