See your doctor ASAP: Postpartum depression is a painful and serious condition, and your symptoms fall into a vulnerable time period. If you do have this, it can be treated successfully. Your own primary care doctor is certainly a start, but s/he may want you to also see a psychiatrist for specialty care. What helps most is often a combination of skillfully applied medications and psychotherapy.
