How hard is it to fix forward head posture if you work on a computer all day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle Training: Correcting posture is simply a matter of retraining your muscles to do the right thing. First you need to have an ergonomic assessment of your work station & then make your station ergonimically correct. Posture correction can come with yoga, biofeedback, massage thpy, & stretching. Ultimately, though, retraining your posture is a mindfulness practice.
