No: Lyme disease is transmitted by a tick bite. It is not transmitted by sexual relations or a spider bite.

Lyme & Sex: There haven't been studies done to prove/dispprove whether lyme is sexually transmitted, but the bacteria has been found in semen, vaginal secretions, saliva and tears. Also found in breast milk and placenta. Having lyme infection does not typically cause increased vaginal discharge as you described though.
