Why do my hands still feel sticky even after i wash and rinse them ?

I haven't observed this but it's been stated that a soap may only remove the superficial layer of dirt but residual dirt in pores may cause that sticky feeling. If you require a harsher soap to avoid this residue, you will also remove natural oils & cause dryness. Try avoiding liquid soap and don't wear latex gloves. Apply an organic hand cream for a moisturizer.
