Sperm has to enter the vagina in order for conception to occur. Technically there's no sperm in precum, but I wouldn't count on it. Sperm can survive in water for 15 or 20 minutes,less in very hot water. In the scenario you describe, I can't imagine that conception would occur. If you miss your next period,wait 4 days and perform a pregnancy test.

No. precum has no sperms. Even if it did sperms die within 10 minutes if not inside the vagina by that time. That did not happen. You should be fine
