If i have vaginal atrophy from menopause, but i do not want to use any estrogen creams, is there a more natural way to cure it? my vagina burns inside and looks a bit red, i do not like estrogen in any form. need advice on what to do to relieve it?

Why no vaginal estrogen? It's very effective and avoids any possibility of side effects as might occur with oral estrogen treatment. Nothing else is likely to be as helpful -- but have a discussion with your gynecologist. Good luck.
