Stutter: Stuttering leads to feelings of embarrasment which causes overflow of adrenaline which gives symptoms.

You are aware: When you are smart enough to be aware of the social stigmata of being "different", the anxiety you have reflects it. If you were "dumb",it wouldn't matter. Social consciousness makes most of us strive to fit in. We observe approved dress codes, avoid certain language, limit some activities to private settings.
