This depends on what the positive changes are and what the goal for the medication is, as in what is the expected benefit? Are there still symptoms that are expected to get better that haven’t improved yet? The best person to address this and decide if there is added benefit to increasing the dose would be the doctor who prescribed the medicine since he/she knows you best. Good luck!
