Is it a period or implantation bleeding? last week i took a test because i was having so many symptoms but the test was negative. now that it was time for my period it was late 3 days and very heavy day 3 spotting even bleeding in water.usually 7days?

A pregnancy test should be positive now if you are pregnant. Bleeding early in pregnancy is a sign of a miscarriage (or at least the risk of one), not implantation. What you are describing could have been a very early pregnancy and miscarriage, but more likely it is just a slightly unusual period (which actually happens a lot). In either case the pregnancy test will be negative.
