A member asked:

How do i know my average period cycle? here are the first days of my periods: june 2, july 4, august 15, and september 6. is there a way i can calculate my ovulation periods too? thanks?

At 19, it is common to have irregular period cycles like you do. Ovulation is typically 2 weeks before you start your period. So you can go back and figure out when you ovulated but cannot figure when it is happening unless you do blood tests, cervical mucous secretion asssessment and measure body temperature a very specific way.
