Biopsy shows cervical transformation zone with very focal squamous atypia that exhibits some increased p16 and mib1 staining. hsv staining is negative. this focus is too small for definitive diagnosis, however. clinical correlation is recommended?

This doesn't look serious, but only your doctor an answer this. "Clinical correlation" means interpreting the biopsy in light of your symptoms (if any) and the appearance of your cervix when you were examined. Good luck.
