Sperm can still be discharged into the vagina in a pull out intercourse maneuver. I feel that if all this irregular menstrual bleeding& cramps are unusual for you, pregnancy must be a consideration. I recommend that you perform a pregnancy test and/or consult your gynecologist for instructions and advice.

These symptoms are not typical of pregnancy. But best is to get tested. If you plan to have sex in the future whether or not partner ejaculates inside or not- suggest use a birth control method to avoid such worries. Good luck
