Sperm can still be discharged into the vagina in a pull out intercourse maneuver. I feel that if all this irregular menstrual bleeding& cramps are unusual for you, pregnancy must be a consideration. These symptoms are not typical of pregnancy. But best is to get tested. If you plan to have sex in the future whether or not partner ejaculates inside or not- suggest use a birth control method to avoid such worries. Good luck
