No, trichomonas is not known to cause these problems. However, gonorrhea, chlamydia and perhaps other STDs are much more common in women with trichomonas, and these certainly can cause Fallopian tube infection (pelvic inflammatory disease or PID) that can result in infertility. Get checked for all of them; and prevent future STDs by having only one partner who has sex with nobody else. Good luck.
