You would need to find out what the rhythm is when your heart rate increases. If the heart rhythm is fast but not an abnormal rhythm, the treatment would be different than if the rhythm is an abnormal one. If you are symptomatic, you should see a cardiologist and have a monitor placed to see what the rhythm is when your heart rate increases. Then, treatment can be pursued if needed. Good luck!

The heart rate may increase expectantly after a substantial meal as circulation is shunted into the intestinal tract as the digestive process occurs and increases the work of the heart somewhat.
