Small stones, 1-5mm pass in 8-12 days. Larger stones over 5mm can take 22 days or longer .Your urologist will explain this to you. A treatment called ESWL which is shock waves can be considered from your urologist.

It depends on its position in the kidney and the anatomy of the kidney. In general the smaller the stone the more chances of its passage. The exact time when cant be predicted. Good luck
