It sounds like it is likely hemorrhoids. Is there any bleeding? You can use a hemorrhoid cream to see if this helps the discomfort and brings the swelling down. If it doesn’t help, then see a doctor to see if that is the diagnosis or if it is something besides hemorrhoids. Good luck to you!
