The most common reason for those symptoms are a urinary tract infection. Go and have your urine tested and treated for an infection which would not be related to HIV.

There are many reasons for frequency- commonest being increased fluid intake- and nervousness. But pain in the penis can occur with mild infection. HIV generally does not cause either
