Can the hiv virus live and can cause infection on an intact skin or it dies like on any object or surface?

But alive or dead, contact of HIV with intact skin does not result in HIV infection. How long the virus survives doesn't matter: nobody in the world has ever caught it from an contaminated environment. In general, it probably is inactive and unable to cause infection by the time it dries, usually a few minutes.
