If it was at night, possible, daytime ,no. If pain continues, see a doctor, have a friend look at head for bump and or dried blood. Running on a bumpy surface could cause some discomfort.

Can a bat bite you without you feeling it or noticing it? Let's say someone was running and was wearing headphones and time was a twilight/ night in a poorly lit area and a bat is flying around from behind. Could a person distracted from the bite?
