Can frozen shoulder cause periodic dizziness and nausea? if so, will scapulothoracic articulation cortisol injection relieve dizziness? can these be caused by or lead to sympathetic overdrive? can stellate ganglion block relieve shoulder pain? advice?

Frozen shoulders can be associated with thyroid problems or diabetes, and either or both of these could contribute to dizziness also. Have NO clue what you refer to as "sympathetic overdrive" or why you wish a "stellate ganglion block". Instead of analyzing apparently from Google, see an orthopedic surgeon and address your shoulder problem directly.
