You need to be evaluated by a doctor as there are many possibilities for the symptoms you are describing. You should start with your primary care physician and go from there. You may have a middle ear issue, for example, that would need an ENT doctor to evaluate. Your blurry vision may need an eye doctor to evaluate. A doctor needs to examine you to make a diagnosis.
